Furthering her education in holistic medicine, she continued advancing her career by attending school for nutrition and graduated in 2012. She assists patients nutritionally by using supplements, herbs and healthy recipes. Kirstin works primarily with clients with autoimmune conditions, depression, anxiety and food cravings and does workshops and talks for large groups of clients on topics ranging from mental illness, weight loss, hormone balancing, boosting metabolism, and increasing energy. In 2018 she received her certification in personal training helping clients learn repositioning of posture and strengthening weak muscles. Currently she is enrolled in school studying western and Chinese herbal medicine.
Kirsten’s goal is to educate her clients and work on healing each individual’s condition utilizing bodywork, nutrition, and exercise therapy.
